Former Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor is planning on suing his former band over unpaid royalties. The group stopped paying Taylor in 1982, when “they’d signed to a different record company and had new contracts and were advised they didn’t need to pay me anymore,” Taylor told the U.K.’s Daily Mail. Taylor, who left the group in 1974, explained to the newspaper the that songwriting credit was one of the reasons he left the band in the first place.
