The Beatles are dominating the Billboard music charts in the wake of the remastered re-release of their entire catalog. Early Nielsen SoundScan numbers reported by Billboard show the Beatles sold a combined 626,000 units in the U.S. last week, bringing the group’s total album sales for 2009 to 1,261,000 units. Abbey Road was the biggest seller of the Beatles‘ reissues, coming in at number 3 on the Top Comprehensive Albums chart.
