I like how the naysayers said that the money pledged for the Olympics could be better used elsewhere. I agree, but what they don’t tell you is that money was pledged for the OLYMPICS. If we don’t get the games, the money will NOT be invested. It is my hope that we take a step back and try to fix the problems that we came across during the process.
Chicago is still the best City in the world and I believe that! The next bid year I’m sure will be the time for Chicago to shine once more.
