We’ve just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.
Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.
Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.
Jackson had 13 number one hits during his solo career.
After making a career of belittling and betraying the quarterbacks he has played with, the guys who are basically the reason he ever gets the ball and as a result gets paid, Terrell Owens, the newest member of the Buffalo Bills gets a taste of his own medicine.
The first minute and a half you get to watch T.O. make a fool of himself and the last thirty seconds delivers the goods. Watch and find out.
While it is funny and certainly deserved by T.O. the model popping his ego balloon probably has her own extremely over-inflated ego making this a bittersweet moment for the average Joe’s…or Jack’s of the world.
After watching it again it’s still funny watching this spoiled supermodel tear down the man with one of the biggest ego’s in America and reduce him to a little boy….and she got him with his own type of antics.
LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP)—Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman is back and defensive tackle Tommie Harris says he won’t be far behind.
Tillman practiced Wednesday for the first time in organized team activities following January surgery to repair a shoulder injury he suffered Sept. 28 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Bears fans have made a killing by re-selling their permanent seat licenses at Soldier Field — and Chicago taxpayers deserve a cut of the action, Mayor Daley said today.
Days after the Bears protested the tax grab and five fans filed a class-action lawsuit that seeks to block it, Daley defended the decision to retroactively apply Chicago’s 9 percent amusement tax to roughly 2,700 permanent seat license holders who obtained the licenses from the original owners but did not pay the tax.
Even though San Diego Padres ace Jake Peavy has a no-trade clause and has consistently expressed a desire to remain in the National League, White Sox general manager Kenny Williams tried landing the right-hander last week.
“I had a girl in high school that always said she wasn’t going to go out with me, either,” Williams said Friday. “I ended up taking her to the prom. I don’t much care about odds. People say the odds are this and the odds are that. I’ve been kicking odds in the (butt) my whole life to accomplish things.”
While Peavy didn’t completely slam the door on approving the deal to the Sox, the odds still appear to be too high for even Williams to hurdle.
The Chicago Blackhawks have talked during the first two games of the Western Conference Finals against Detroit about not wanting to get sucked into the Red Wings’ style.
Now, they hope to imitate the Wings by doing to them what Detroit just did to the Hawks — win two straight games at home.
